Gluten Free/Grain Free/Vegan
What you need:
6 carrots, organic, large, peeled and cut
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 salt (maybe more after baked).
1 Tbls coconut oil, organic, unrefined
What you do:
Bake on 400 degrees, on two separate baking sheets lined with parchment (do not crowd carrots or they will steam)
Cook for 18 to 22 minutes.
Test Tenderness.
Serve Immediately.
